A visionary leader known for reshaping the educational landscape, Sundar’s career spans prestigious institutions and pioneering initiatives aimed at redefining student experiences worldwide.
Before leading V-Empower, Sundar founded Excelerate, an innovative experiential learning platform dedicated to providing equitable access to diverse learners. Under his leadership, Excelerate emphasized experiential opportunities that cultivate essential skills for success in today’s professional world.
Throughout his career, Sundar’s innovative initiatives have reshaped student recruitment and engagement strategies. Notably, he achieved remarkable application boosts and improved selectivity rates during his tenure at Northeastern University, while introducing groundbreaking student engagement technology at The University of Dayton.
Sundar’s strategic vision extends beyond traditional education models, with initiatives such as a 4-year tuition plan and free textbooks, which have redefined educational strategies and emphasized lifelong learning.
